We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating our technology solutions to meet client needs. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for technology sales, making it an exciting opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to our Sales Director, you will spread our mission of healthier alternatives to smoking and smoking cessation to the world by promoting our unique salt-nicotine e-liquid.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective
customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet
their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold-calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with your sales team and our team in other departments.
- Analyze the regional market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through superior's feedback.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
- 2+ years in sales development.
- An interest in building or accelerating your sales career. We promote from within!
- Proven initiative and a competitive drive.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilience, perseverance, and an ability to overcome objections.
$20/hr + Commission
Hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Thursday and Fridays 8 AM – noon
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
