Job Description
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve monthly closing targets in designated markets
- Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners and management groups
- Rapidly build pipeline through developing relationships using networking via industry associations,email, and other outbound lead generation techniques
- Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow up on leads
- Play a vital role in transitioning a client to the operations team during launch
- Conduct start up orientations to review service objectives and opportunities
- Maintain weekly and monthly tracking and reporting through our CRM
- Engage in personal and professional development
- Attend association trade shows and events
- Serve on local association committee or board
- Meet annual sales goals
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
mentioned satisfactorily. This is not a 40 hour week job and will require this team member to
attend after hour events, trade shows, dinner meetings, and what other required after hour
events. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or
ability required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred Bachelors or Master’s Degree from an accredited university.
3-5+ years of Multi-family experience
3-5+ years of consulting, information technology in support of service operations, customer
support, or field services.
REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Institutional, REIT and C-level relationships within multifamily industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years proven success selling to the multifamily industry, either as an operator or service provider
- Experience in public speaking required
- Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals
- Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to effectively monitor performance versus plan and communicate accordingly
