POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Account Executive II position is responsible for accounts at the software level, and all tax offices associated with the software company. The position is also responsible for ensuring that EROs enrolled in the TRS bank product program meet underwriting quality standards and are familiar with TRS program requirements. In addition, this position involves being a team leader for pursuing and managing ERO relationships with designated software companies. In-person calls as well as outbound telephone calls will be handled by this position. There will be some inbound telephone calls handled by this position. In managing accounts, this position is responsible for developing and presenting presentations that train tax preparers on proper office procedures and compliance with applicable bank and bank regulator requirements.
- Minimum 3 years account management experience is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Manage software accounts, including software compliance, quality of book of business, and audit escalation process.
- Manage escalated audit process for designated software companies. This includes being involved in the implementation of audit or compliance requirements.
- Manage and work to enhance relationship with designated software companies at all levels.
- Act as team leader for relationship with designated software companies.
- Attend trade shows and seminars.
- Participate in the development of marketing, pricing, and product development strategies.
- At times perform duties of Customer Service Representative.
- Make outbound calls with a focus on qualifying meaningful customer contacts.
- Handle incoming calls to promote TRS business and enroll EROs.
- Ensure prompt follow up.
- Make calls to offices eligible for renewal to ensure maximum quality portfolio.
- Proactively seek out available information that impacts TRS.
- Ensure office audit requests are completed within a reasonable time frame.
- Sufficiently manage planned and impromptu compliance and audit projects.
- Develop and present information to existing and potential clients that detail TRS requirements.
- Work with other units within TRS to ensure input in the development of policy.
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
- Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
- Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills for effective interactions with clients for problem resolution.

- Frequent out of town travel requiring overnight stay is required.
- Flexible work schedule that will include some evenings, weekends, and overtime.
