Come work on a beautiful campus on the east side of Salmon Creek and help keep the facilities sparkling clean!

Summary of Duties

Perform custodial tasks to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and care of interior spaces for University Campus Buildings.

Required Qualifications

Minimum age of 18.

Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.

Preferred Qualifications

Two (2) years' experience in general custodial maintenance.

Essential Duties:

40% Clean, Disinfect and Maintain Supplies

30% Floor Maintenance

25% General Duties

5% Other duties as assigned.

Work Location and Schedule:

Evening schedule hours will be Monday - Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. and

Friday 3:00 p.m.- 11:30 p.m.

This position is primarily on campus and not eligible for remote/hybrid work assignments unless an exception is approved.

Monthly Salary:

$2,805/month-$3,145/month ($33,660/year-$37,740/year) Range R32, Step A-F. The full range of this classification is $2,805 to $3,700/month, Step A-M. Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
