Job Description
A Senior Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales campaigns and supporting business objectives to ultimately increase revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will enjoy an incredible opportunity for financial success and professional growth in a fast-growing company. This role is based in Buffalo, NY.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive recurring revenue growth within the facilities management sector.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers or industry decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience driving and implementing revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling to groups and organizations in the facility management space a major plus
- Willingness and ability to travel
