MORryde is looking to add to our Sales Team with the addition of an Entry Level Sales Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day details of the sales and service efforts to our OEM customers, in addition to growing our account base.
At MORryde, you will not be limited to the same product line or offerings; this role will provide you with a lot of variety and no two days or interactions will be the same. Some customers will know exactly what they need, while others will approach you with a challenge and ask you help find a solution – meaning you’ll work closely with our Engineering Department to help design a solution, work with Production Teams to determine if our manufacturing capabilities can produce what’s needed and discuss sourcing materials with our Purchasing Team.
Your job doesn’t end at the sale; that’s only the beginning. Building strong relationships means finding solutions to meet customer needs and working across all departments at MORryde to ensure those solutions are fulfilled. As a Sales Account Manager, you are leading that charge.
Requirements:
- Outside sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills – including verbal, written, and most importantly, listening
- Prioritizes follow-up – highlights excellent communication skills by prioritizing following up
- Interpersonal skills that create strong external (customers) and internal (MORryde team) relationships
- Great attitude and strong understanding of being a team player
- Competitive drive – continuously seeks to achieve goals
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
