Summary

Job Duties

  • Develop, implement and monitor detailed sales strategies and objectives.
  • Travelling to customer locations daily.
  • Ensure the provision of excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels.
  • Model and champion MAX FUEL DISTRIBUTORS LTD values and mission.
  • Attain budgeted revenue expectations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Create a safe environment for the discussion and resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Work in concert with other department and business leaders to assure congruence with sales operations.
  • Complete various sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with MAX FUEL DISTRIBUTORS LTD standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Other duties shall be assigned as required.

Requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma required.
  • Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field an asset.
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience , ideally in the oilfield.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
  • SalesForce or other CRM experience would be an asset
  • Experience with developing sales strategy and product development plans.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
