WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU
Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Executive's mandate will be to ensure optimal management of all commercial activities related to the customer base.
Here's what you'll be doing with your time:
- Participate in the development of long-term contractual agreements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the business rules of existing long-term contractual agreements
- Optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts
- Provide exceptional service in all dealings with existing and potential customers
- Obtain, share and track customer purchase forecasts
- Track sales opportunities using Salesforce
- Take part in product development projects with the engineering team
- Organize and participate in various sales events
- Create and present sales proposals to customers
- Act as liaison between customers, internal team and supervisor
- Occasionally visit key customers
- Prospect and seek out new customers
- Achieve business objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or other relevant training or experience
- At least 6 years' experience in sales, business development or account management
- Experience in setting up and managing long-term contractual agreements
- Experience in manufacturing or related sector
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Demonstrate autonomy as well as good analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English) for relations with English-speaking customers
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management tools, mainly Salesforce
