We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while providing outstanding customer service.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in account management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques and tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outside sales role.
