MSE Landscape Professionals is a leading provider of landscape solutions, committed to enhancing outdoor spaces with creativity and expertise. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Tree Division Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a focus on overseeing all aspects of sales, operations, and team management within our tree division.

Responsibilities:

· Lead production efforts, ensuring high-quality tree care services are delivered to clients.

· Train and develop the tree division team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for skill enhancement and career growth.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tree services into overall landscape solutions.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

· Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all tree-related operations.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

· Oversee administrative tasks related to the tree division, ensuring efficient operations and documentation.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in tree care services, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role.

· Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

· Solid understanding of tree care techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.

· Proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and budget management.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Certified Arborist (ISA)
