Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all accounts are serviced regularly.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth within the territory.
- Provide technical sales support as needed to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and account management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail or technical sales environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and territory management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
