As a High Ticket Sales Representative, you will be a pivotal player in our growth strategy, driving high-value sales and cultivating strong relationships with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seeking out Realtor partners to establish a referral network.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of your assigned territory and conducting prospecting activities within that area.
  • Partnering with clients to tailor home plans to their specific criteria and budget.
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients and consistently surpassing or meeting sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering connections with both clients and colleagues.
  • Proven adeptness in thriving within a rapid and dynamic sales setting, flexibly catering to evolving customer preferences and market fluctuations.
  • Additional knowledge in home construction, architecture, or related areas is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
  • Essential IT and technology proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission
