Position Title: Sales Operations Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and assertive individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Assistant. In this role, you will serve as a taskmaster, driving and reminding others to ensure that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of sales support and operational tasks, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to getting things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a proactive part of our sales operations, ensuring that tasks and responsibilities are completed promptly and accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Serve as a central point of contact for sales representatives, providing assistance and guidance as needed to facilitate their success.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and support sales representatives in addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Support the management of customer accounts, including processing orders, managing returns, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Be willing to take on additional tasks as they may come.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Sales administration: 2 years (Preferred)
