We are an organization with three locations around Nashville and a rapidly expanding customer base. Specializing in automobile sales with in-house financing, we are seeking talented Bilingual Sales Representatives who are driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and coachable.

Responsibilities:

* Drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building with customers.
* Foster lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

client database.

* Compensation includes a competitive base pay along with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:

* Sales experience is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a passion for sales and willingness to learn.
* Full-time, long-term commitment is essential.
* Excitement about contributing to a growing team.
* Bilingual (Spanish) skills are required.

Work schedule consists of 5 days per week, including four weekdays and Saturdays.
