We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products or services
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base
- Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or technology sales is preferred
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
