Responsibilities:
Estipona Group, a 30-year-old, full-service advertising agency based in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a talented and driven Account Executive (AE) to join our dynamic team. As an AE, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring timely project delivery, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and our internal teams, fostering strong partnerships and open communication.
- Manage client projects from start to finish, including developing proposals, estimates, and invoices, as well as tracking budgets and expenses.
- Manage internal team tasks and deadlines to ensure project success, assisting with workload prioritization across departments.
- Collaborate with the Account Director, Account Manager, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with clients' goals.
- Proofread and quality-check all deliverables to ensure they meet clients' specifications and objectives.
- Schedule meetings (internal and external), take notes and ensure those notes are organized and easily understood by others.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to clients and the internal team.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing the transition of accounts between team members.
Qualifications:
- Live in Reno/Sparks
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 – 5 years of similar experience in an agency or similar marketing environment
- Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and community engagement
- Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
