What You’ll Do
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
Take the Lead: Drive our sales cycles with autonomy, leading efforts to hunt down valuable partnerships and meet client and prospect needs.
Cultivate Key Relationships: You'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships. By fostering trust and understanding, you will expand your network and continue to solidify our name in the industry.
Develop and Negotiate: Work together with our talented teams to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will negotiate contracts that align with our strategic goals, ensuring mutual success.
Achieve and Excel: Meet and exceed revenue and gross margin targets by efficiently managing your sales pipeline.
Industry Ambassador: Represent our brand and values at industry events to forge connections that enhance our industry presence.
Scope and Strategize: Take charge of responding to RFQs, utilizing your expertise to outline proposals that are both competitive and compelling.
Dynamic Team Contribution: Be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your involvement is key to fostering our growth and ensuring the delight of our clients.
Qualifications
Required
· Proven work experience in sales or related field
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
· CRM software proficiency
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Government contracting familiarity
· Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Preferred
· Sales or project management certifications
· Government contract bidding experience
· Data analysis and reporting skills
· Knowledge of specific industry sectors within the federal government contracting (e.g., defense, health care, education).
· Federal procurement knowledge
