Job Description
The Manager will be responsible for the restaurant's day-to-day operations. In addition to the responsibilities of a Sr. Crew member, this position will be an expert on inventory management, facilities, cultivating and maintaining the culture at BTM, and sales/customer service.
Inventory management:
- Have a deep understanding of the ebb and flow of inventory, knowing the rhythm and schedule of PARS levels, when we order items, and where we order from
- Manage inventory needs and get orders placed or logged for shopping
- May need to grab inventory occasionally from the store.

- Forecast prep items and schedule on weekly prep worksheet.
Facilities:
- Delegate and supervise crew members in daily/monthly cleaning tasks, ensuring they are completed correctly (coach, mentor, and hold them accountable to standards).
- Communicate with the owner if further training/coaching is needed to ensure crew members are held accountable
- Daily temp checks, assign Game Plans and priority lists
- Weekly opening and closing checklists are completed
- Train staff members on proper temperature control procedures and labeling in case of health department inspection
Culture:
- Forecast schedule and manage PTO and callouts on a case-by-case basis
- Maintain the “Work hard, play hard” culture of BTM
- Train/mentor/grow staff to increase morale and skill improvement
- Contribute to performance reviews and address any challenges
- Assist in monthly/quarterly meetings
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Promote the restaurant through Social Media posts (3 posts/2 stories a week)
Sales and Customer Service:
- Catering communications from quoting to invoicing
- Coordinate tasks and assignments to staff to execute catering jobs
- Help coach crew members on how to communicate new sales opportunities (catering jobs) and up-sell to increase the average ticket per customer
- Increase ratings on various social media outlets and respond to any negative feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints, follow CS issues protocols, or escalate to the manager if needed from the store

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
