Job Description
Innovative Lease Services, a Direct Commercial Lender, is looking for Business Development Representatives for our corporate office in Carlsbad, CA. Our firm originates business loans & leases for just about any industry in the United States.
Job Functions:
- Qualify, submit, & process applications using our custom-designed CRM platform.
- Solution-based approach to facilitating customer needs.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with both customers and equipment vendors.
- Provide our equipment lease, equipment loan, and working capital loan solutions to help manufacturers, distributors, & re-sellers increase their sales.
Successful candidates should possess the following:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in B2B
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and overall strong computer skills
- Strong client development and customer service skills
- 2+ years using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)
- Prefer candidates with an understanding of an application through the funding sales cycle
- Prefer candidates with an understanding of consumer and/or commercial credit reports
- Fluent Spanish speakers are a plus, but not required
We are looking for people of strong character and work ethic. We have a successful training program that is geared toward immediate success.

Job Perks:
- This position is full-time at our beautiful office in Carlsbad (remote working is not an option).
- The compensation is Salary + Commission with a target of $80,000+ in the first year.
-2 weeks PTO and most major holidays. Total time off is roughly a month with holidays.
