ECBVerdyol (ECB) is hiring a Sales and Business Development Representative brimming with passion to champion our cutting-edge technology and scientific innovations across North America. Join us in our mission to expand our existing network and cultivate new client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external contacts to realize company objectives
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance customer acquisitions and management
  • Remain current of market trends and emerging products, infusing your work with a forward-thinking approach
  • Maintain an understand of current DOT certifications and approvals within the region and associated opportunities for our products
  • Drive revenue by promoting ECB’s products to both new and existing channel partners
  • Execute training programs and webinars to educate stakeholders about our product line
  • Be the campion of our customers and products within the company and industry
  • Foster a positive team dynamic while contributing to collaborative efforts
  • Craft and execute strategic plans to acquire and manage partnerships, distributors, and clients
  • Embrace travel opportunities,
  • Utilize a sales funnel, collaborate with Marketing, become a SME of our CRM, and use our cloud computing tools to their fullest potential
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, delivering comprehensive activity reports and forecasts promptly
  • Communicate any potential business opportunities outside the role's scope to the COO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or Diploma in Agriculture
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Willingness to travel 20-40% across North America with necessary documents
  • Prior experience in territory management preferred
  • Prior experience in distributor client management preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying technical information to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to thrive independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS365 and project management software
  • Proven ability to manage and enhance sales and business development offering of an SME

This role offers a competitive salary, commissions on all sales with no floor or ceiling, RRSP matching, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
