We are currently looking for a Medical Territory Sales Rep – Entry Level. As an Medical Sales Representative, you are responsible for effectively communicating and selling the benefits of our commercial products to Hospital Pathologists, Oncologists and regional reference laboratories in a specified territory.

The is a remote Medical Sales Rep position with the ideal candidate residing in territory.

The right person will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility with multiple career growth opportunities as we expand our footprint and leadership in the fields of precision medicine and companion diagnostics.

Qualifications for our Medical Territory Sales Rep (Entry Level) opportunity:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills.
  • You are curious, a good listener, and enjoy researching what makes people who they are.
  • Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a healthcare environment
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
  • Experience collaborating with, supporting and driving sales through sales channel partner organizations
  • Must be able to acquire all industry credential as well as certifications
  • Attend all CME seminars and already have some pharmaceutical sales training or industry knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication and clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex
  • You typically are the quintessential extrovert who loves to build relationships, meet new people, and have conversations with new connections.
  • You almost always hit the ground running with cold outreach, including calls and emails, plus following up on warm and inbound leads.
  • You completely understand that you’ll likely hear “no” more than “yes”, and you’re motivated by the opportunity and task at hand.

Responsibilities and Duties for our Medical Sales Territory Rep (Entry Level) job opportunity:

  • Spend the majority of your time doing outbound sales outreach, including cold calls and emails;
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute outbound campaigns;
  • Providing healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
  • Consulting with physicians, nursing, phlebotomists as well as medical office staff to secure product orders for and increase product usage.
  • Sustaining or generating new or repeat orders for all products and programs.
  • Develop technical know-how of the product and help answer questions from prospective clients;
  • Book, participate in, and lead discovery sessions with prospects.
  • Test and develop outreach methods, analyze what worked and what didn't, and re-iterate to reach success from there.
  • We will help manage calls made, and number of emails sent, evaluated on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • You will also be evaluated as part of the overall Sales team, including whether meetings you booked ultimately result in sales.

Requirements to become on of our Medical Sales Territory Rep (Entry Level) team members;

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office
