SALES ADVISOR
Looking to expand your career in sales in real estate?
Mission Group is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the sales team for a 4-month contract position (with the possibility of an extension). This role will help support the Sales Manager and other sales team members sell presale homes at Mission Group’s premier presentation gallery, Aqua Waterfront Village.
The ideal candidate will have more than two years of sales experience and knows how to tailor their approach to diverse customer needs by leveraging market insights and product knowledge. This is a commission based role.
Term and Working Hours:
- June 5th, 2024 – September 29th, 2024
- Thursday to Sunday (Monday to Wednesday available by appointment)
- 11:30 am – 5:00 pm
What you’ll do:
- Offer presale homes for sale.
- Present a variety of floor plans and articulate the features and benefits of the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all presentation gallery visitors, prospects, and realtors. This includes, but is not limited to, in person, email, phone call and text communication.
- Prospect via phone and email through Salesforce.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, helping to align their needs and wants with the ideal home and providing a smooth, professional, and positive experience.
- Be completely familiar with the product offering, Disclosure Statement, and contract of purchase and sale.
- Prepare and present electronic purchase and sale agreements.
- Be available to meet prospects Monday to Wednesday by private appointment and during presentation gallery opening hours Thursday to Sunday.
- Work cooperatively and proactively with the real estate community.
- Work as a team to ensure the presentation gallery and display home are clean and tidy at all times.
- Additional duties as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Two or more years of sales and/or real estate experience.
- Presale condo experience is an asset.
- In-depth understanding of the BC/Okanagan real estate market.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.
- Ability to close sales and meet company goals.
- A valid real estate license is preferred but not necessary.
- Problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter frame of mind.
- Strong listening skills.
- Experience and aptitude working as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task.
- An outgoing and engaging personality.
- Experience with Salesforce, Avesdo or a similar CRM database system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
