Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior National Sales Executive to join our team. As a leading provider of innovative and stylish aftermarket wheels, we are dedicated to delivering excellence to enthusiasts worldwide. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales team management, extensive experience in the wheel industry, and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales report evaluations to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure exceptional phone customer service to guide customers in selecting the right products and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and handling concerns effectively.
  • Account Management:
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, including brick-and-mortar stores, large multi-location outlets, and online retailers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business needs.
  • Strategic Planning and Operations:
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on sales strategies, marketing trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support sales initiatives, including logistics, marketing, and product development.
  • Product Knowledge and Innovation:
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of offroad wheels, tuner wheels, SUVs, luxury sedans, and street truck fitments to advise customers and drive sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • International Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between our company and international partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the wheel industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • 5 + years account executive experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and QuickBooks report generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing trends is preferred.
  • Knowledge of freight logistics and operations is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
