Director of Sales - Luxury Senior Living
We have a wonderful opportunity for a proven Sales professional. We are seeking a Director of Sales for a large luxury Senior Living campus located in the greater Seattle area. The community offers high-end Assisted Living and Independent Living accommodations for the residents. The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining strong resident census levels for the campus. This campus is absolutely gorgeous and has an outstanding reputation throughout the area. The Sales Director will work closely with the Executive Director to promote and establish the campus as the premier Senior Living provider in King County.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, manage and follow-up on leads to qualify prospects
- Increase occupancy and maintain healthy census levels for the community
- Be the single point of contact for referral agencies and build great relationships with our referral partners within the local community
- Provide tours of the community and lead potential prospects through the sales process by creating trust, building relationships, and overcoming obstacles
- Plan and set up events to promote the campus throughout King County
- Establish new community relationships to generate continuous referrals for the campus
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of sales / marketing experience preferably in a Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living or hospitality setting
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust
- Friendly and upbeat personality; hospitality and customer service mindset
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be organized, timely, and diligent in following up with leads and referrals

Experience:
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
