Sales Professional Duties:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Provide information about available vehicles and their features
Conduct test drives with potential buyers
Negotiate pricing and financing options
Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory and promotions
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
Utilize the sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities

Sales Professional Skills: -

Automotive Sales: Experience in selling automobiles or related products/services
Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services to customers
Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients
Outbound Sales: Proven ability to proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads
Sales Management: Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices for managing the sales process
Sales: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Dealership: Understanding of dealership operations and processes
Math: Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
