Job Description: Netchex is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Account Executive to drive growth through strategic partnerships within the CPAs, Brokers, and Banking channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales within the payroll space, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with CPAs, insurance brokers, banks, and other industry professionals. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a field-based environment, actively engaging with partners to drive revenue growth and expand Netchex's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the CPAs, Brokers, and Banking channels, establishing Netchex as the preferred payroll and HR solution for their clients.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, training, and support.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through partner-sourced leads and referrals, collaborating closely with partners to identify opportunities and facilitate the sales process.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of partner-driven opportunities, tracking progress from lead generation to deal closure and ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
  • Field Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to meet with partners and their clients, providing product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to leverage partner relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on partnership activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership using CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of channel sales experience in the payroll space, with a focus on building and managing partnerships within the CPAs, Brokers, and Banking channels.
  • Existing Partner Network: Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of referral partners within the CPA, Broker, or Banking industries.
  • Field Sales Experience: Comfortable being in the field 5 days a week, engaging with partners and prospects to drive revenue growth and build relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence partner behavior effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to address partner needs.
