Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Social Media Marketing and Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. You will also handle direct sales efforts through social media platforms, turning leads into customers and contributing to our overall revenue goals.
- Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new ideas to engage audiences.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and direct messages, and build relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Ability to create video content for Social Media platforms
**Sales Responsibilities:**
- Engage with potential customers on social media platforms, generating leads through direct outreach, comments, and content interactions.
- Nurture leads via direct messaging, social media posts, and targeted campaigns, guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Follow up with inbound leads and inquiries to drive conversions and increase sales.
- Develop personalized sales pitches based on customer profiles and preferences.
- Track and report on sales goals, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a CRM database of prospects and clients, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer acquisition process and increase revenue.
Manage App used by clients
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and sales, preferably in Real Estate Industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales through social media engagement and content strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and convert leads into customers.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique campaigns and content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and experience with ad management platforms.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in eCommerce or product-based sales.
- Video editing skills for creating engaging content (e.g., short-form video, reels, stories).
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
