Dilawri Auto Group of Companies is looking for a CIC Sales Representative.

Essential Duties:
  • Support outbound and inbound phone calls for multiple stores.
  • Book sales appointments to maximize each sale’s department availability to sell
  • Follow up on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit
  • Provide customers a positive experience through excellent service.
  • Successfully achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals established by the BDC Manager
  • Maintain knowledge of all sales product offerings
  • Working in a process-driven work environment with multiple software applications.
  • Working with CRM Systems and updating the customer database.
  • Capture and update customer contact information as per establish guidelines
  • Respond to all email, voicemail and text messages as required
  • Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forward any escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to support customer demands
  • Other duties assigned by BDC Manager
