We are looking for a Clinical Lab Associate who will be responsible for Accessioning samples into our Laboratory Information Management System.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for package receipt, unpacking, and specimen intake.
- Responsible for initial sample quality and requirement review.
- Responsible for order creation/entry, modifying existing orders, and specimen accessioning.
- Responsible for scanning, uploading, and storing patient documents.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with other laboratory employees and the customer success team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in biology or related field preferred.
- Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills with knowledge of standard software, office equipment, and technology.
- Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Shows initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently on mission-critical tasks.
- Proven ability to follow complex directions, learn new skills quickly, and adapt to new processes smoothly.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
