Actively looking for applicants based in Newfoundland and Labradorfor a Completely Remote Position.
We have permanent full-time opportunities and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of:
- Monday to Sunday: 9:30am to 12:00am PST (8:00am to 10:00pm EST)
Train from home and work from home. We offer PAID TRAINING, and a COMPETITIVE SALARY.
Compensation: $15.60 hourly wage plus vacation pay and eligible for bonuses and full commission.
Successful candidates must provide and use their own equipment. As a condition of employment, the device must meet the requirements. Interested applicants are required to provide proof of minimum specs (outlined below) by attaching their validated completion.
The device must:
- Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
- Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
- Have at least 500MB of free space (storage/HDD)
- Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
- Have a Webcam
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers and close the deal on HVAC Products and Services
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits and value
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs
- Assertively persuade the customer to buy through demonstrating how our services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including trends in the relevant products and services portfolio you are promoting
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of proven outbound sales experience (within the past 2 years) using a consultative sales approach while meeting sales quotas
- Understanding of the sales cycle/process
- Desire to earn high commissions/bonuses, and identify upselling opportunities
- Sales experience in HVAC and or Home Services preferred but not required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone
- Good attentive and active listening skills
- Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities and temperaments
- Ability to multi task by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer customers while entering data
- Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as dictated by business needs
