Sales Operations Manager – Sioux Falls Office Based Position
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for evolving and optimizing a sales department capable of supporting the company’s growth objectives. The position will lead the development of the people, process & procedure charged with scaling efforts to optimize growth and efficiency.
Key Roles
- Develop defined processes and procedures to ensure the Diamond Sales Organization exceeds customer expectations
- Develop KPI’s focused on increased transparency for the Sales Ops team to be recognized for performance
- Improve CRM tool to ensure critical data is captured while growing capacity within department
- Partner with leadership to build culture, with focus on teamwork, accountability and success
- Collaborate with all internal departments to drive the organization forward based on customer experience
Responsibilities
- Implement best practices and procedures needed to expedite communication within the sales organization
- Grow sales through process improvements resulting in increased close rates
- Lead the Sales Operations department responsible for all day-to-day sales activities as required
- Prioritize the development of strong dealer and customer relationships to better inform decision making
Qualifications
- Previous sales and management experience
- Previous experience with heavy equipment or manufacturing preferred
- Software knowledge: MS Office, CRM preferred
Location and Hours
Location: 1000 Cherokee St.
Hours: 8:00-5:00
Days: Monday-Friday
