Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives, including experienced pharmaceutical sales professionals, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our law firm specializing in Personal Injury Protection (PIP), motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage. As an essential member of our team, you will primarily operate on the road or remotely from a home office, engaging with medical professionals in Worcester, Massachusetts area. Candidate MUST have a vehicle.
As the primary liaison between our firm and the medical community, you will play a pivotal role in fostering lasting relationships with doctors, medical practice owners, office managers, and billing departments. Your focus will be on networking within various medical specialties, including but not limited to: Chiropractic, Neurologic, Orthopedic, Diagnostic, Hospitals, Urgent Care, Pain Management, ER Physicians, Medical Billing Companies, Radiologists, Physical Therapists, and Anesthesiologists.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and nurture authentic relationships within the medical community to generate new clients and opportunities.
- Promote our firm's expertise and technology to medical providers through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and approved speaker engagements.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups as needed to ensure high productivity and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with peers across territories to coordinate promotional efforts and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and reports as per company guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Outside Sales/Marketing; experience in pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales is a plus.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on diplomacy and customer service.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to travel extensively to clients. Capability to stand, walk, and navigate various terrains for extended periods during client visits and sales calls. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
