Job Summary:
Americare, a provider of pre-paid contracts for in-home personal care services, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively promoting and selling pre-paid contracts, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping aging individuals access affordable home care services.
This position is commission only.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pre-paid contracts for in-home personal care services to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
- Educate consumers about the benefits and features of Americare's pre-paid contracts.
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value propositions of the company's products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the long-term care field and understanding of the needs of aging individuals and their families is a plus.

Pay: $38,822.04 - $46,753.43 per year
