Job Description
Business Development Center (BDC) Agents will assist in streamlining the entire research-purchase-ownership process of our prospect’s next vehicle. The primary focus is to create quality showroom traffic with effective follow-up and daily appointment setting practices.
The main objective of the position is to schedule new business prospects for showroom appointments which can lead to increase sales opportunities, growth and eventually client retention for the company.
- This Agent will be tasked with managing large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs and provide information on vehicle inventory
- Research issues and provide solutions or alternatives
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs
- Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Use sales tracks to collect all pertinent customer information and document in the system accordingly
- Enter all appointments into the dealership customer management system
- Maintain product knowledge certification and be able to articulate thorough knowledge and understanding of products
- Able meet all daily and monthly performance goals; phone up percentages, appointments set percentages, show and sold percentages
- able and willing to make a high-volume amount of calls per day
- Document all communication with the customer in the customer management system
- Complete internet lead management work plans on a daily basis
- Respond to High volume calls, ranging from 50+ outbound calls per day and 50+ emails each day
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures, high frequency of contact with customers
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills and motivation to be successful
- Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Advanced computer and phone skills
- Appointment setting experience a plus
- Great communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-Lingual proficiency a plus
- Team player, self-starter and good manager of time and conditions
- Display professional conduct and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled working hours
- Set minimum 4 appointments per day
