Job Description:

We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative who will focus on generating new business opportunities with Homeowners Associations. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction services to HOA decision-makers, property managers, and board members. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, with specific experience working within the HOA or property management space, and will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify potential new HOA clients (property managers, board members, and community leaders).
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each HOA, outlining the construction services and solutions we offer.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the HOA community, including board members, property managers, and vendors.
  • Negotiations & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, provide estimates, and close deals to drive company growth.
  • Networking & Marketing: Attend HOA meetings, industry events, and networking functions to generate new leads and increase company visibility within the community.
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for existing HOA clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HOA needs, regulations, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with property managers or HOA board members.
  • Established network within the HOA or property management industry.
  • Background in construction or related fields (e.g., general contracting, home improvement).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based commission structure.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Supportive team environment and resources to help you succeed.

How to Apply:

If you’re passionate about building relationships and driving business growth within the HOA community, we want to hear from you!

Tips for Success in This Role:

  • Local Knowledge: The more the sales rep understands the specific needs, concerns, and regulations of the HOAs in their territory, the more valuable they’ll be.
  • Networking: Developing a strong network within the HOA community—attending HOA meetings, conferences, and networking events—will be key in generating leads and referrals.
  • Problem-Solving: HOA board members often have specific requirements when it comes to community projects (budget constraints, aesthetics, etc.), so the ability to provide customized solutions is crucial.
