• Sales support experience
• Experience in the sports industry or mechanical knowledge of sporting equipment
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills (including company software) to meet job expectations and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (French and English -Speak, Read, Write)
• Bilingual in French i
• Advanced Computer skills (excel with the ability to learn computer programs efficiently

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers and Outside Sales Reps
• Responsible for both outgoing and incoming sales calls
• Order entry and return approvals
• Working closely with an Outside Sales Representative
• Maintain and record call details in CRM
• Manage dealer backorders

Qualifications

• Sales Support - experience preferred

•Experience in industry or mechanical knowledge of equipment•
Attention to detail

• Willingness to learn new skills (including company software) to meet job expectations and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (French/ English -Speak, Read, Write)
• Bilingual in French
