WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AT 3TERRA

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of hospital clients to help us maximize client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve our service offerings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships with hospital clients.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for user access requests and client issues, collaborating with our technical team to resolve tickets and provide a seamless experience.
  • Effective Communication and Client Advocacy: Use your excellent listening and communication skills to gather client feedback, understand their challenges, and update the 3terra team on opportunities to drive service improvements and client satisfaction.
  • Develop Internal Software Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our software platforms to effectively support clients, identify potential issues and ensure optimal utilization of our services. While no advanced technical knowledge is required, strong general computer skills are essential.
  • CRM Management: Handle client requests and interactions using our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of information and efficient issue resolution.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Lead the preparation of data-driven presentations using our internal software tools, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Service Promotion and Client Engagement: Help drive the adoption of new and existing services by demonstrating their value to stakeholders. Additionally, assist in maintaining and updating client user guides and coordinate the semi-annual 'Innovation Centre' online forum for clients to share their experiences and ideas.

3terra is a team of healthcare software professionals with deep experience providing advanced clinical coding and analytics solutions for hospitals across Canada. We provide hospitals with the software tools they need to optimize efficiency, improve financial performance, and enhance patient care.

Since 2007, we have built a fantastic and loyal customer base. We serve over 60 hospitals in Ontario and are continuing to grow and expand to other provinces in Canada. 3terra also prides itself on helping employees balance work and personal life effectively.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Applicants must be residents of Canada and located within commuting distance to Mississauga, Ontario.
  • Occasional travel to hospital sites may be required.
  • We are ideally looking for a candidate who can start on November 18 or shortly thereafter.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
