Fiesta Auto Insurance is a National Brand with almost 150 locations in California and in several states! We have proudly served the Sacramento Area for over 20 years with insurance and tax preparation needs.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

The customer service sales representative is responsible for the overall guest experience by developing professional relationships with customers, fulfilling our customer's insurance and tax needs, and providing world class customer service. At Fiesta Auto Insurance, no previous experience is required. We provide training for all new hires and give you all the necessary tools to help you acquire your license in as little as 30-45 days.

COMPENSATION:

  • COMPETITIVE YEARLY PAY - 50,000 + 90,000 +
  • Hourly compensation varies depending on experience and position.
  • Compensation includes a based hourly pay PLUS, agent commissions and bonuses!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, in person and via the store telephone
  • Create an outstanding customer experience
  • Communicate effectively to identify the best product or service to match the needs of the customer
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide marketing efforts to solicit and promote new business inside and outside of the retail store
  • Demonstrate integrity when working with customers, company policy, monetary transactions, product supply, and work relationships

Assist in other tasks and duties assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and effective problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Availability of flexible scheduling to include days, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays and some holidays.
  • Reliable transportation

Must be willing to travel between stores if needed. Must have reliable transportation.

We try to provide permanent store locations for our agents. However, travel to some nearby stores may be occasional.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY HOURS WITHIN THE SCHEDULE BELOW:
Monday-Friday: 10AM-7:00PM
Saturday: 10AM- 5PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
