Summary
The Sales and Showroom Coordinator will have an exciting opportunity to be part of a top and fast growing company in the B2B home fashion textiles industry. Candidate will help coordinate and execute all sales initiatives involving the sales team and all showroom events. This is a multi-faceted role where the candidate will be constantly learning and growing as part of a special team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the sales team and key account sales executives
- Complete important spreadsheets for key customers
- Create special presentations for customer meetings
- Manage sample requests as needed
- Coordinate Sales Tools for entire sales representative group
- Assist Merchandising/Sales Operations Manager with all communication both internal and external regarding sales tools-including divisional newsletter
- Ensure that our digital tools are updated with any changes that occur (new product, new sales events, etc.)
- Organize collateral for important customer meetings (internal/external).
Showroom Support Coordinator
- Assists Merchandising/Sales Operations Manager with showroom, tradeshow and event planning, execution and maintenance
- This includes ensuring the product is at every event space
- Assist with the creation of the visual merchandising guide and be responsible for all supplies needed at each showroom.
- Specific responsibility for the Corporate showroom and outlet space based on the visual merchandising guides and style guide.
- Ensure the showrooms are ready for customer presentations and appointments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BA/BS or Associates degree in merchandising, business or related field
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented- critical to this position
- Must be able to collaborate with an open mind
- Advanced in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Enjoys a fast paced environment
- Must be able to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Must be able to work a few weekends to support showroom events.
- This job requires some level of physical activity in regards to event setups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
