Job Description

Position Summary:

The mission of the Back Office Coordinator role with our client. is to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction, efficient order processing, and effective problem resolution, to create positive and lasting customer relationships. This position presents an opportunity to support the entire organization. Exercise your computer skills by updating a variety of software programs to process client orders. Put your communication and personable skills to use while assisting clients with their inquiries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.

· Engage with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions.

· Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, or escalations in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while actively listening to customer concerns and providing personalized support.

· Document customer interactions, order details, and issue resolutions accurately in relevant systems or databases.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

· Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

· Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide informed recommendations.

· Follow up on pending and current orders in a timely manner.

· Engage with vendors and third parties to ensure the clients' equipment is completed correctly.

· Stay up to date with software changes.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. A 30-minute daily (lunch) break for scheduling purposes should be taken between 11 AM and 1 PM.

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Ability:

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
