Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities, including door-to-door sales, to promote and sell products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize technical knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals
- Experience in door-to-door sales or willingness to learn and excel in this area
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Proficiency in software applications used for sales tracking and reporting purposes
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets through effective selling techniques
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals
- Previous experience in energy sales is a plus
