Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate within the dealership.
- Make customer service appointments
- Look up customer service records and advise of services and warranty accordingly
- Verify customer vehicle status
- Conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner on the phone or in person with customers, vendors, clients, and job candidates.
- Take messages and deliver to appropriate dealership associate.
- May be responsible for clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- May be responsible for general administrative/support staff duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Receive inbound inquiries, routing calls to appropriate staff and making inbound appointments
- Patient and pleasant when faced with challenging customers
- Must speak, read and write English clearly. Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Automotive experience a plus, but not required
- Team player - dependable
- You type 40 – 45 WPM in order to capture new customer information efficiently
- Comfort and familiarity with using and learning various software applications
Working Conditions:
- Working conditions are consistent with working in an office
