Rooted in 40 years of experience, Livius Prep is looking for people who are creative, innovative, unique, and most importantly can build genuine relationships with students. We are growing both in-center and online business, and are looking for responsible, knowledgeable consultants who want to jump in with both feet to help us grow our company and connect with families around the world.
This is a full-time hybrid sales role based in Massachusetts. Some time in-office is expected, but is flexible.
Hiring timeframe: we are looking to hire within the next three months.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from website, phone calls, referrals and other marketing sources in a timely manner
- Ability to connect with clients both face-to-face and over the phone or video conference
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with prospective and existing clients
- Communicate effectively regarding services and program offerings
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and quotas
- Effectively solicit personally developed leads
- Manage pipeline of inquiries, interviews, and enrollments
- Properly forecast weekly sales and revenue
- Follow through on the entire sales process, never cutting corners
- Uphold the highest of ethical standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of success in intangible sales (education, fitness, health care, i.e.)
- Experience selling within the K-12 education industry highly preferred
- Ability to balance outstanding customer service with aggressive sales, and the ability to overcome objections during the sales process
- Comfort with a fast paced, metrics driven and measured performance work environment
- Proven track record of achieving weekly, monthly, and annual aggressive outbound call volume, interview, and enrollment quotas
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- High ethical standards are a must
- Some weekend and evening hours are expected
Compensation:
- Base salary $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
- Commissions average an additional $36,000-$72,000 in annual compensation
- Unlimited PTO after the first six months
