As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with consumers. You’ll serve as a liaison between buyers and sellers, providing valuable information about products and services while fostering meaningful relationships to boost sales.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Be the face of our clients at event spaces throughout the region, promoting their brands, products, and services through in-person interactions. Bring your winning personality to every engagement!
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers by understanding their needs through fact-finding interactions.
- Conduct Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our client’s products and services, attracting attention and driving interest from the public.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and retain in-depth knowledge about the brands’ offerings and competitor products to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Customer Registration: Complete new customer registrations, collecting personal data with discretion and accuracy in the client’s online system.
- Track Interactions: Compile daily reports for client feedback, tracking interactions and performance.
