About NCS Services and the Position
NCS Services - U.S. is a leading professional, commercial cleaning
and facility support company with 50+ years of successful experience meeting
the unique needs of pharmaceutical companies, ESD labs, healthcare facilities,
educational systems, corporate office complexes and more. To reach our growth
goals we're expanding our internal sales team for the Northeast region of the
U.S. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who thrives in a
fast-paced environment with unlimited earning potential. You must be
comfortable working remote while being part of a team, making dozens of calls
per day, qualifying prospects, generating interest, and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities
- Identifying new prospective clients in NCS Services' target markets.
- Make cold calls for outbound prospecting and follow-up promptly on inbound leads.
- Establish quick rapport on the phone with prospective clients to qualify the lead, learn their unique needs and align those with NCS Services' offerings.
- Develop interest in NCS Services touring clients' facilities to further discuss specific cleaning and facility service needs and to create a custom plan and quote.
- Schedule visits to prospective clients’ facilities, gather data to prep for the visit and assist external sales team with visit prep, as needed.
- When needed, work with external sales team to prep custom plans and quotes.
- Close the sale.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports for, attend and contribute in sales team meetings.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum 2 years successful sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
- Strong phone presence.
- Ability to develop rapport quickly with customers and drive the appropriate conversions.
- Ability to quickly identify customers' needs and make appropriate decisions.
- Ability to close sales.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
- Possess a high level of business acumen.
- Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
- Able to manage time and prioritize work to meet goals.
- Proficient use of personal computer along with software packages such as MicroSoft 365 or Google Workspace and CRM software.
Compensation
- Base salary commensurate with experience
- Unlimited commission, paid as a percentage of closed sales

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
