Job Description: Drive sales of our diverse range of accessories to our retail partners and customers while exceeding customer care and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, promote, sell and service
· Develop and maintain trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers while acquiring a deep understanding of their needs
· Proactive engagement with prospective and existing customers
· Collaborate with retailer partners to maximize sell-through with optimal product placement, visual merchandising, staff sales and product knowledge training (including compelling product information)
· Follow up with after order and after sales communication and sell-through tracking
· Manage and exceed customer expectations
2. Performance:
· In consultation with management, set and meet sales goals by proactively engaging with customers and promoting our products.
· Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and benefits of our accessories.
· Manage and exceed expectations
3. Market Analysis:
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities
· Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market demands
· Identify new opportunities, needs and solutions
4. Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback including high yield opportunities
· Generate regular sales reports (in and through) comparing results with goals
· Contribute insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pro-active and flexible mindset with sales track record (fashion or retail industry is a plus)
- Passion for product and for people with a keen eye for style and trends
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team
- Goal focused with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
