Position: Sales Representative w/ Commission

Job Description:

Scale Center of Arizona is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in the sales department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is willing to work within their own time frame and is motivated to close sales. This position will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products, and negotiating contracts with existing and potential customers.

Essential Functions:
·Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
·Negotiate terms of contracts with customers and develop new business through prospecting.
·Promote products to existing and potential customers.
·Prepare quotes and proposals for customers.
·Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
·Maintain accurate records of customer information, transactions, and contact details.
·Follow up on accounts, leads, and prospects to ensure satisfaction.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills:
·Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, & interpersonal).
·Organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
·Ability to work within a team environment while maintaining initiative & drive.
·Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Responsibilities:

· Works with the President and General Manager to develop new business

· Ability to do some demo’s of some of our equipment

· Develops a regular sales forecast for 30, 60 & 90 day time frames

· Use of our CRM to track all activity

Required Education/Experience: College degree, or 2 years minimum experience packaging equipment sales

Territory: Arizona, New Mexico

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
