Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Buckhead Roofing Team. In this role, you will be given leads generated through our marketing strategies, assist customer's in all their roofing needs and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

You will receive a Weekly Draw Salary, as well as your earned commissions! NO more waiting months before you see your deposits!

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Attend scheduled Company Meetings via Zoom and In-Person (travel may be required for in-person)
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
  • Ability to adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Previous experience in the Roofing Industry
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Self Motivating, Honest and Hardworking
  • Previous experience with a CRM preferred
  • Knowledge of software applications and ability to navigate apps on your cellular device/tablet
  • Reliable Transportation
