Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the store, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in management, preferably
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, including shift management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving profitability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
