WHAT'S THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?

The successful candidate must have 3 + years of market rent leasing experience and Yardi experience as well as be a proactive asset manager.

Here is a glimpse of what you will be accomplishing, doing, and providing:

  • Maintain or create effective internal controls over operational activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines
  • Readiness to accomplish tasks from day one and interest to take on more as develop with the organization
  • Motivate the team in aspects of their roles regarding sales, operations, and resident satisfaction
  • Lead a team with a hands on and upskilling approach by identifying their strengths and leveraging those strengths
  • Assist in handling sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation with a focus on converting leads into sales
  • Deep knowledge of market competitors and competitor pricing in the Lehigh Valley area including area employers, projects, and market trends
  • Work with the maintenance department to handle apartment turnovers, move-ins and move-outs, and work order requests
  • Evaluate, initiate, and follow up on any community maintenance projects to beautify and bring the community to peak condition while keeping any restrictions in mind.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Greet prospective residents and show apartments as needed
  • Oversee customer service, resident satisfaction, and resident events
  • Process applications and lease renewals
  • Assist new residents during the move-in process
  • Handle all invoice coding and other expense management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High level of intrinsic motivation and get-the job done attitude
  • MUST have direct experience with Pennsylvanialocal, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding multi-family payment processes
  • Yardi Property Management experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales and customer service
  • Ability to develop rapport like a pro
  • Listening skills
  • High level of intrinsic motivation and get-the job done attitude
  • Ability to complete tasks
  • Prompt and complete follow up skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Yardi, Leonardo247, Edge2Learn, and other software

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
